St. Cloud Window Launches New Historic-Replication Window Line

02/20/2018

St. Cloud Window introduces the SCW3000 Series, a new line of historic replication/narrow sightline windows and terrace doors.

The SCW3000 Series is designed around a three-inch frame engineered to maintain a narrow sightline profile yet facilitate the structural needs of large window openings and maintain the historic integrity required for landmark properties. It is available for awning, hopper, casement, and fixed applications, as well as floating vent fenestrations that are common in buildings of historic significance.

The SCW 3000 Series replaces the SCW 2500 Series – itself a trustworthy and historically accurate product – doing everything that product line could do, and much more.  Sightlines are virtually identical, but there are many more options for muntin shapes, mullions, hardware, and other accessories.

The new replication window boasts the same impressive performance test data as SCW’s other high-performing product lines with sound transmission ratings up to 45 STC  and 36 OITC (without the need for an acoustic interior panel), and thermal values ranging from .23 – .31 U values and .16 – .36 SHGC values.

At St. Cloud Window, our products are continuously tested to the most up-to-date architectural performance standards by certified and accredited test laboratories, in accordance with uniform US and North American protocols to meet AW Architectural Performance Class requirements set by the North American Fenestration Standard AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101 I.S.2/A440-11.
