Having undergone a significant transformation, the century-old print manufacturing facility now features SCW3000 Series windows, encompassing both fixed frame and projecting outswing awning windows. These expansive windows are strategically designed to fill the living spaces with abundant natural daylight.

The renovation successfully converted the original masonry structure into loft-style apartments, boasting spacious interiors, lofty ceilings, and windows reaching an impressive height of 8.5 feet. In addition to the residential aspect, the revitalized facility incorporates street retail space, introducing a dynamic element to the mixed-use development and elevating the overall attractiveness of the renovated structure.
