The street-level first-floor windows feature SCW2500 Series dark gray 10-foot (7 foot plus 3 foot) historic replica window and door combinations. The windows and doors are designed to reflect the surrounding River North Arts District (RiNo) neighborhood’s industrial history.

While the 50-room boutique hotel exterior features a striking brick façade to complement RiNo's historic warehouse buildings, the interior is inspired by 17th Century French salons.
