This 1860s tobacco warehouse located in Brooklyn Bridge Park and under its namesake bridge is part of the Fulton Ferry Historic District.

The pre-civil war structure was persevered by building a modern building inside of the historic walls, but keeping the original brick walls and the scenic archways meant every window was custom designed to the measurement of each opening, to meet national historic preservation standards, and to block the urban noise of the Brooklyn Bridge.

As a result, the arch-top windows maintain the historic integrity and bring the luxury of quiet to the St. Ann's Warehouse space as St. Ann’s continues to play a vital role in the global cultural landscape as an artistic home for international companies of distinction, avant-garde masters, and talented emerging artists.
