The Hotel Excelsior-Suites on Water Street is located in the historic Miller Block building, which was built in the early 1900s.
In keeping with the historic significance of the building, and in accordance with the Heritage Preservation Commission, the SCW4500 Storefront & Entrance system was selected to restore the original 1900s appearance.
Additionally, the system provides modern thermal values and blocks surrounding city noise to create a balance of nostalgia and calm in the first-floor lobby and retail space.
