Built in 1928 by International Harvester Corporation as a regional hub. Trains unloaded equipment for assembly after which the equipment was sold locally or put back on a train to be shipped elsewhere.
The second-floor space has maple flooring across the entire level, an old freight elevator, and abundant natural light.
SCW3000 Series historic replica windows were selected for the second-level east, west, and north elevations to maintain the historic aesthetics and the abundant natural light while providing the energy efficiency and life-safety requirements of a modern building.
