St. Cloud Window supplies 341 windows and 200 doors to Penfield Project

St. Cloud Window Inc. is pleased to announce the company is supplying 341 windows and 200 doors to the Penfield Project in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The Penfield Project is a mixed-use project located in the heart of downtown St. Paul. The full block of development will allow transit-oriented development to an otherwise paved area and will include rental apartments and a full-service grocery store. Before construction, the site served the Public Safety/St. Paul Police building and surface parking. One facade of the old Public Safety Building will be reused in the new design. Construction started in mid-July 2012 and is slated to open later in 2013.

The St. Cloud Window 5000 Series windows will provide high thermal efficiency for energy conservation needs and offer historic accuracy. The SCW2500 Series windows offer narrow sightlines with maximum glass area and minimal frame for unrestricted views and optimum daylight.

The St. Cloud Window doors are designed with the same engineering assurance as our windows. The nearly two hundred SCW4200 Series sliding glass doors are ideal for patios and terraces and can be specially glazed for acoustic attenuation. The SCW3500 Series terrace doors offer a solid 5-point locking system with the luxury of quiet expressed in Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings of 42.
