Historic Aluminum Windows and Doors

Our historic narrow-line fixed and projecting windows have received approval by the U. S. Department of Interior, National Parks Service, as a steel replication window matching historic sightlines and dimensions. This is an absolute must for any project seeking tax credit for historic renovation.

At St. Cloud Window, we work with you to ensure the historic features of your building are reflected in the form of modern materials delivering high performance.  We manufacture an extensive catalogue of products that are designed to be historically accurate and replicate the features of landmark properties where strict attention to detail is imperative.

Not only can we help you meet the compliance requirements for historic tax credits, but we will also meet the thermal, structural, and ADA compliance requirements demanded of modern buildings.

The Historical Restoration of the Freeborn Bank and Jacobson Building (into mixed-use commercial and residential space) was selected for an Award of Excellence by the Associated Builders and Contractors, Minnesota Chapter, at their annual awards banquet.

The rehabilitation of Minneapolis’ Sears building is a great example of how historic preservation and community revitalization go hand in hand. Midtown Exchange has given new life not only to this historic structure, but also to a community that was beginning to lose hope.
