Tobacco Factory Apartments

The transformation of the 330,000-square-foot Phillip Morris manufacturing facility into 225 apartments and commercial spaces featured the use of over 100 fixed arch-top custom SCW964 windows.

These windows were custom designed to replicate the look of the original wood hung windows and played a crucial role in preserving the facility’s architectural heritage.

The SCW964 fixed historic simulated double-hung windows not only enhance the historic aesthetics of the building but also reflect a commitment to maintaining the historical character of the building while repurposing it for modern residential and commercial use.
