Plymouth Loft Conversion

Project Location: DUMBO, Brooklyn, NY

135 Plymouth

This warehouse conversion is located directly adjacent to the Brooklyn side of the Manhattan Bridge.

With proximity to urban transportation, both the upper-floor lofts and the street-level public library required windows designed to meet stringent OITC sound transmission values based on site-specific acoustic evaluation, and also to conform to the profile and appearance requirements of the surrounding landmark district.
