Developers chose the SCW3500 Series acoustic windows with an STC-50 rating to create a sound barrier against the noise from the rail line directly in front of the building, from Oakland’s inner harbor one block away, and from the busy 880&980 freeways three blocks away, providing “The Luxury of Quiet’.
Modera is located in the heart of Oakland’s historic Jack London Square, so the design also embraces the warehouse neighborhood with a modern-industrial, rugged appearance.
