This landmark structure, unique for its blend of Art Deco and classical design elements, was refurbished and re-opened as The Residences at the John Marshall with the aid of SCW5000 and SCW2500 Series windows.
The narrow sightline, fixed and projecting, windows have won approval by the U.S. Department of Interiors, National Park Service, as steel replication windows matching historic sightlines and frame dimensions, which is key for projects like the John Marshall to receive historic tax credits.
