Hope High School

The extensive renovation project at Hope High School encompassed replacing existing 20-foot tall, arch-top windows.

SCW2500 Series custom historic replica windows were selected to preserve the historical charm of the school and ensure a modern, secure environment for its occupants.

For historical accuracy, the windows were custom designed to fit the openings with custom mullions and specific sightlines to maintain architectural cohesion.

The impact-rated laminate glazing added a layer of resilience to the windows, emphasizing safety and durability.

This project was a component of a broader, multi-year capital improvement program initiated by the city of Providence, Rhode Island, and the Providence School Department. The program addressed the requirements of the city’s public school properties, with Hope High School being a notable part of this initiative.
