Hadley Apartments

Transforming the century-old Hadley-Berwick Furniture Building into 45 affordable apartments involves more than residential units. The restoration project includes commercial spaces, community meeting rooms, and a ground-floor management office.

SCW2500 Series awning-type operable windows were selected to maintain the building’s original aesthetic, carefully replicating the historic divided light windows. This integration of historical elements with contemporary functionality exemplifies a deliberate approach to urban development and community enhancement.

The project not only breathes new life into the landmark but also demonstrates a balance between preserving history and facilitating the growth and progress of the community.
