Else Warehouse
Project Location: Minneapolis, MN
The SCW3000 Series historic-replica windows were selected to replace the remaining original steel windows and to match the existing SCW2500 historic replication windows.
The SCW3000 Series windows seamlessly matched the historic sightlines and aesthetics of both the original steel windows and the SCW2500 Series windows. The windows play a key role in preserving a piece of Minneapolis history and contributing to the revitalization of an up-and-coming urban neighborhood.
Else Warehouse, formerly known as the Scriver-Andrews Warehouse Company Building, is a 6- and 3-story historic brick and cast-concrete structure with enormous windows that sits along the historic commercial corridor of Washington Avenue.
