Dayton Steam Plant
Project Location: Dayton, OH
Constructed in 1907 as a power-generating facility, the now-renovated former steam plant has undergone a comprehensive makeover, with an investment of nearly $4 million, utilizing both state and federal historic tax credits.
The tower window openings were custom fit with SCW5000 and SCW2500 Series historic replica windows, offering not only enhanced thermal and energy efficiency but also maintaining historical accuracy.
