Brooklyn Army Terminal Renovation Phase V
Project Location: Brooklyn, NY
The entire Phase V renovation encompasses eight ‘football fields’ worth of space and emphasizes Brooklyn Army Terminal’s historical details. However the renovation wasn’t just a facelift, it was a new life for the 100-year-old building.
Through coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and Mancini Duffy, St. Cloud Window replicated over 700 custom windows.
“The project required custom, slim-profile, aluminum frame fabricated to maintain historic sightlines and finished to match the original red exterior and black interior.”
– explains Michael Kipfer, project manager and Mancini Principal
The SCW2500 Series historic replica windows not only maintained the historical integrity of the building but also provided modern-day energy efficiency.
