181 Morgan Avenue – Cambridge Crossing

181 Morgan Avenue is a newly constructed office and retail building located in the Cambridge Crossing neighborhood in Cambridge, MA adjacent to the Lechmere MBTA Green Line Station.
The preconstruction Noise and Vibration Study predicted that airborne noise due to Green Line trains and traffic on Monsignor O’Brien Highway would be disruptive to occupants of second-floor office spaces with direct line-of-sight to the railways and recommended St. Cloud Window acoustic products as a solution to create peaceful, calm interior working space.
The SCW9000-A9 curtain wall was chosen to mitigate the noise and provide maximum natural light.
