Do you find it hard to carve out time for your team to get their AIA continuing education credits? It’s a classic training dilemma -- you can't spare people to go to training because there's so much work to be done, but also you can't neglect their need for training if you want your business to grow. There is a great cross-benefit solution with lunch and learn programs.
Lunch and Learn presentations are a wonderful alternative to all-day training seminars. They are usually more informal and less structured but present topics relevant to your employees, all delivered in one hour, and lunch is often provided! A good Lunch ‘N Learn can build community, create awareness, and satisfy professional requirements.
St. Cloud Window offers two American Institute of Architects (AIA)-approved, one credit/one hour courses.
Aluminum Windows: Aesthetics and Performance, provides an overview of aluminum window products and the advantages of specifying aluminum windows for projects calling for historical replication and acoustic attenuation. (As of January 2018, this course is no longer available.)
Aluminum Commercial Windows: The Basics and Beyond, explains the advantages of aluminum windows, identifies the basic aluminum window components, and focuses on the advantages of aluminum window design and performance for historic replication and acoustic applications.
St. Cloud Window AIA continuing education lunch and learn presentations are an easy and efficient way for architects, engineers, interior designers, and LEED professionals to gain their CE hours.
