Twelve22 University Avenue Apartments

The historic 1922 Casket Building was redeveloped into an affordable housing building. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it is one of the few remaining art-Deco style buildings in the area.

To maintain its historic integrity, the redevelopment incorporated SCW3000 Series historic windows. These windows were chosen for their historic accuracy and their ability to meet Historic Tax Credit requirements while also providing ample light, modern thermal comfort, and energy efficiency.
