D Street Condominiums

Situated in the Boston Seaport Area, the D Street Condominiums are one of the area’s pioneering live/work loft buildings.

The setting, however, faced challenges, including airport-related noise from overhead air traffic at Logan International Airport, the proximity of the Silver Line and water shuttle to the airport just a couple of hundred yards away, and urban noise emanating from major driving routes such as 93N/S, Mass Pike E/W, and Amtrak South Station.

These factors underscored the necessity for high-acoustic windows.

To address these challenges, SCW900 Series acoustic windows were selected to provide a high-rise luxury living experience by mitigating noise and delivering a serene environment in the heart of Boston.
